Abi has a passion for working with adults and teens. She desires to see healing and restoration for clients who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, abuse, and personal growth. Her hope is to create a safe and encouraging place for clients to share about their experiences, explore their thoughts and feelings, gain new tools, and find freedom and growth in their life and relationships. She utilizes a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach with aspects from multiple approaches to meet the needs of the client. She also has the unique background of being a minister and understands life in ministry, being a pastor’s kid, the church, and walking with Jesus daily.
